據(jù)國家林業(yè)和草原局消息，今年2月15日至5月15日，國家林草局等11個(gè)部門聯(lián)合開展行動(dòng)，查辦野生動(dòng)植物案件近1.2萬起，收繳野生動(dòng)植物13萬余只（頭、尾、株），嚴(yán)厲打擊了野生動(dòng)植物非法貿(mào)易。行動(dòng)期間，還打掉犯罪團(tuán)伙719個(gè)，打擊處理違法犯罪人員1.4萬余人；沒收違法所得5600余萬元，處以罰款和罰金1億多元。

A campaign aiming to combat illegal wildlife trade has investigated nearly 12,000 wildlife cases and seized more than 130,000 animals and plants from February 15 to May 15, the National Forestry and Grassland Administration said Tuesday. The campaign, which was launched by the administration and other 10 authorities, also busted 719 criminal gangs, dealt with more than 14,000 criminals, confiscated over 56 million yuan of illegal gains and imposed fines and penalties worth more than 100 million yuan during the period.

破壞野生動(dòng)植物違法犯罪活動(dòng)。此次行動(dòng)有力震懾了破壞野生動(dòng)植物資源違法行為。

近年來，我國深入開展一系列制度建設(shè)和執(zhí)法打擊行動(dòng)，全面禁止野生動(dòng)植物非法交易，持續(xù)加大生物多樣性保護(hù)力度。我國野生動(dòng)植物保護(hù)制度體系更加健全，修訂《野生動(dòng)物保護(hù)法》，調(diào)整發(fā)布了《國家重點(diǎn)保護(hù)野生動(dòng)物名錄》和《國家重點(diǎn)保護(hù)野生植物名錄》，制定并實(shí)施相關(guān)配套管理制度。建立了打擊野生動(dòng)植物非法貿(mào)易部際聯(lián)席會(huì)議制度，聯(lián)合開展“清風(fēng)”等專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)，嚴(yán)厲打擊亂采濫挖野生植物、破壞野生植物生長環(huán)境和違法經(jīng)營利用野生植物行為，全面禁止象牙、犀牛、虎骨及其制品貿(mào)易，高壓態(tài)勢基本形成。
