當(dāng)?shù)貢r間11月17日下午，國家主席習(xí)近平應(yīng)邀在亞太經(jīng)合組織工商領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人峰會上發(fā)表題為《堅守初心　共促發(fā)展　開啟亞太合作新篇章》書面演講，強調(diào)中國將堅定不移推動構(gòu)建亞太命運共同體，為亞太穩(wěn)定繁榮作出更多貢獻(xiàn)。

President Xi Jinping underscored on Nov 17 that China is committed to promoting the building of an Asia-Pacific community with a shared future, and will do more to enhance the stability and prosperity of the Asia-Pacific. Xi made the remarks in a written speech, entitled Staying Committed to and Jointly Promoting Development to Bring Asia-Pacific Cooperation to New Heights, at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) CEO Summit.

【知識點】

工商領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人峰會是亞太經(jīng)合組織系列會議中的重要組成部分，每年在亞太經(jīng)合組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人非正式會議期間舉辦，是各經(jīng)濟(jì)體領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人與工商界開展對話交流的重要平臺，也是亞太地區(qū)最具影響力的工商界活動。

1996年11月，亞太經(jīng)合組織商業(yè)論壇在菲律賓舉行。這是亞太經(jīng)合組織首次舉辦這類論壇，其目的是為了進(jìn)一步加強亞太地區(qū)工商界的聯(lián)系與合作。此次會議被視為工商領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人峰會的前身。

1997年11月，第一次以亞太經(jīng)合組織工商領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人峰會命名的會議在加拿大溫哥華舉行。此后，工商領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人峰會每年舉行一次。

2022年亞太經(jīng)合組織工商領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人峰會11月17日在泰國首都曼谷開幕，與會人士圍繞可持續(xù)發(fā)展、包容性增長、數(shù)字化等議題展開討論。

新形勢下，我們要汲取歷史經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn)，因應(yīng)時代挑戰(zhàn)，堅定推進(jìn)亞太區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化，共同開拓發(fā)展新局面，構(gòu)建亞太命運共同體。

Facing these new developments, it is important to draw on past experience and lessons, respond to the challenges of the times and steadfastly advance Asia-Pacific regional economic integration, so as to jointly break new ground in development and build an Asia-Pacific community with a shared future.
