當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間11月15日，二十國集團(tuán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人第十七次峰會(huì)在印度尼西亞巴厘島舉行。國家主席習(xí)近平出席并發(fā)表題為《共迎時(shí)代挑戰(zhàn)　共建美好未來》的重要講話。習(xí)近平在講話中指出，當(dāng)今世界正在經(jīng)歷百年未有之大變局，這是世界之變、時(shí)代之變、歷史之變。當(dāng)前，新冠肺炎疫情反復(fù)延宕，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)脆弱性更加突出，地緣政治局勢緊張，全球治理嚴(yán)重缺失，糧食和能源等多重危機(jī)疊加，人類發(fā)展面臨重大挑戰(zhàn)。各國要樹立人類命運(yùn)共同體意識(shí)，倡導(dǎo)和平、發(fā)展、合作、共贏，讓團(tuán)結(jié)代替分裂、合作代替對(duì)抗、包容代替排他，共同破解“世界怎么了、我們?cè)趺崔k”這一時(shí)代課題，共渡難關(guān)，共創(chuàng)未來。

Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered a speech at the first session of the 17th summit of the Group of 20 (G20) in Bali, Indonesia on Tuesday. In his speech titled "Working Together to Meet the Challenges of Our Times and Build a Better Future," Xi said the world is getting through momentous changes unseen in a century, which are consequential to the world, to our times, and to history. He said that the COVID-19 pandemic still drags on with cases surging here and there; the world economy is getting more fragile; the geopolitical environment remains tense; global governance is seriously inadequate; food and energy crises are compounded with one another. "All this poses formidable challenges to human development," Xi noted. Faced with these challenges, Xi said, it is imperative that all countries embrace the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind, and advocate peace, development, and win-win cooperation. Calling on all countries to replace division with unity, confrontation with cooperation, and exclusion with inclusiveness, he said all countries should join hands together to answer the question of the times -- "what is wrong with this world, what we should do about it" -- so as to tide over difficulties and create a better future together.

二十國集團(tuán)于1999年成立，由中國、阿根廷、澳大利亞、巴西、加拿大、法國、德國、印度、印度尼西亞、意大利、日本、韓國、墨西哥、俄羅斯、沙特阿拉伯、南非、土耳其、英國、美國以及歐盟等20方組成。集團(tuán)成員涵蓋面廣、代表性強(qiáng)，包含主要發(fā)達(dá)經(jīng)濟(jì)體和新興市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體，在全球事務(wù)中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用，成為共同應(yīng)對(duì)全球性問題的有效多邊機(jī)制。
