3月13日，中韓應(yīng)對(duì)新冠肺炎疫情聯(lián)防聯(lián)控合作機(jī)制正式成立并舉行首次視頻會(huì)議。機(jī)制旨在落實(shí)兩國(guó)元首重要共識(shí)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)溝通協(xié)調(diào)，共同早日戰(zhàn)勝疫情。
China and South Korea have established a joint prevention and control mechanism on coping with the novel coronavirus and held their first video conference on Friday. The mechanism aims to implement the important consensus reached between the leaders of the two countries, strengthen communication and coordination in order to win the battle against the virus at an early date.

新冠肺炎疫情爆發(fā)以來(lái)，中韓作為近鄰休戚與共，雙方迄今互相牽掛聲援，提供真誠(chéng)幫助，充分體現(xiàn)了守望相助、同舟共濟(jì)的友好情誼。在做好本國(guó)疫情防控的同時(shí)，兩國(guó)還加強(qiáng)對(duì)口部門(mén)之間的交流合作，采取了一系列有效的聯(lián)防聯(lián)控措施。在此基礎(chǔ)上，針對(duì)中韓兩國(guó)和國(guó)際疫情形勢(shì)的變化，雙方成立應(yīng)對(duì)疫情聯(lián)防聯(lián)控合作機(jī)制，十分及時(shí)和必要，既是落實(shí)兩國(guó)元首重要共識(shí)的積極舉措，也將為世界各國(guó)攜手共同抗疫提供參考借鑒。
機(jī)制由兩國(guó)外交部牽頭，衛(wèi)生、教育、海關(guān)、移民、民航等部門(mén)參加。在首次視頻會(huì)議上，雙方積極評(píng)價(jià)兩國(guó)前期疫情防控努力和對(duì)口部門(mén)交流合作，探討了下一步加強(qiáng)聯(lián)防聯(lián)控合作的重點(diǎn)方向和具體舉措，就減少不必要人員流動(dòng)、嚴(yán)控“四類人員”出境、加強(qiáng)出入境檢疫、交流防控指南和診療技術(shù)、照顧好對(duì)方國(guó)家留學(xué)生和僑民等達(dá)成廣泛共識(shí)。

疫情沒(méi)有國(guó)界，世界各國(guó)是休戚與共的命運(yùn)共同體，中國(guó)政府和中國(guó)人民對(duì)韓方目前遭受的疫情和困難感同身受。中方將繼續(xù)提供力所能及的援助，支持韓方抗擊疫情，愿同韓方攜手合作，早日共同戰(zhàn)勝疫情。
