2022年世界城市日全球主場活動暨第二屆城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展全球大會日前在上海開幕。本屆世界城市日主題為“行動，從地方走向全球”，由住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部、上海市人民政府、聯(lián)合國人居署共同舉辦。

Themed "Act Local to Go Global," the Global Observance of World Cities Day 2022 and the Second Sustainable Development Goals Cities Global Conference were co-hosted by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Shanghai municipal government and the United Nations Human Settlements Programme, with an opening ceremony held in Shanghai on Oct 31.

【知識點】

世界城市日是聯(lián)合國首個以城市為主題的國際日，也是中國政府在聯(lián)合國推動設(shè)立的首個國際日。2010年，中國在上海世博會上提出設(shè)立世界城市日的倡議。2013年，第68屆聯(lián)合國大會通過決議，決定自2014年起將每年的10月31日設(shè)為“世界城市日”。2014年，全球首個“世界城市日”活動全球啟動儀式將在上海舉行。今年，世界城市日全球主場活動在時隔8年后重回發(fā)源地上海。

10月31日，2022年世界城市日全球主場活動暨第二屆城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展全球大會日前在上海開幕。開幕式現(xiàn)場推介了全球可持續(xù)發(fā)展城市獎（上海獎）和“上海指數(shù)”。據(jù)悉，為更好推動落實聯(lián)合國2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程，聯(lián)合國人居署、住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部、上海市人民政府共同設(shè)立了全球可持續(xù)發(fā)展城市獎（上海獎），旨在表彰在可持續(xù)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域取得突出進展的優(yōu)秀城市，2023年將頒發(fā)首屆獎項。“上海指數(shù)”旨在衡量全球城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的進展情況，目前正在參與聯(lián)合國可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)城市旗艦項目的20多個全球城市開展試點應(yīng)用。
