為推動能源行業(yè)綠色發(fā)展和數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型，國家能源局和科學技術(shù)部近日聯(lián)合印發(fā)《“十四五”能源領(lǐng)域科技創(chuàng)新規(guī)劃》（以下簡稱《規(guī)劃》）。《規(guī)劃》提出，研發(fā)更高效、更經(jīng)濟、更可靠的風能、太陽能、生物質(zhì)能、地熱能等可再生能源先進發(fā)電及綜合利用技術(shù)。

China has unveiled a five-year plan, from 2021 to 2025, on energy technology innovation to propel green growth and digital transformation of the energy sector. The country will focus on developing new technologies to render a more efficient, cost-effective and reliable supply of renewables such as wind, solar, biomass and geothermal energy, according to the plan jointly released by the National Energy Administration and the Ministry of Science and Technology.

能源是攸關(guān)國家安全和發(fā)展的重點領(lǐng)域。中國已連續(xù)多年成為世界上最大的能源生產(chǎn)國和消費國。全球新一輪科技革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)變革蓬勃興起，新能源、非常規(guī)油氣、先進核能、新型儲能、氫能等新興能源技術(shù)以前所未有的速度加快迭代，成為全球能源轉(zhuǎn)型變革的核心驅(qū)動力。“十四五”時期，亟須加快推動能源產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)高級化、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈現(xiàn)代化，進一步激發(fā)能源創(chuàng)新發(fā)展新動能。當前中國能源科技創(chuàng)新與世界能源科技強國和引領(lǐng)能源革命的內(nèi)在要求相比還存在明顯差距，如部分能源技術(shù)裝備尚存短板、能源技術(shù)裝備長板優(yōu)勢不明顯、推動能源科技創(chuàng)新的政策機制有待完善等。

《“十四五”能源領(lǐng)域科技創(chuàng)新規(guī)劃》以實現(xiàn)能源科技自立自強為重點，以完善能源科技創(chuàng)新體系為依托，著力補強能源技術(shù)裝備“短板”和鍛造能源技術(shù)裝備“長板”，支撐增強能源持續(xù)穩(wěn)定供應(yīng)和風險管控能力，引領(lǐng)清潔低碳、安全高效的能源體系建設(shè)。《規(guī)劃》主要圍繞五大路線攻關(guān)前沿技術(shù)：先進可再生能源發(fā)電及綜合利用技術(shù)、新型電力系統(tǒng)及其支撐技術(shù)、安全高效核能技術(shù)、綠色高效化石能源開發(fā)利用技術(shù)、能源系統(tǒng)數(shù)字化智能化技術(shù)。

煤化工產(chǎn)業(yè)潛力巨大、大有前途，要促進煤化工產(chǎn)業(yè)高端化、多元化、低碳化發(fā)展，把加強科技創(chuàng)新作為最緊迫任務(wù)，加快關(guān)鍵核心技術(shù)攻關(guān)。

The coal chemical industry, as a sector with huge potential and good prospects, must be transformed into a high-end, diversified and low-carbon industry. Sci-tech innovation is the most pressing task and efforts must be accelerated to achieve breakthroughs in key and core technologies.
