11月27日，第十七屆中國—東盟博覽會(huì)和中國—東盟商務(wù)與投資峰會(huì)開幕式在廣西壯族自治區(qū)首府南寧舉行，習(xí)近平主席以視頻方式出席并致辭。習(xí)近平指出，中方愿同東盟一道，推進(jìn)各領(lǐng)域合作，維護(hù)本地區(qū)繁榮發(fā)展良好勢(shì)頭，建設(shè)更為緊密的中國－東盟命運(yùn)共同體。
President Xi Jinping said on Nov 27 that China will work with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) to advance all-round cooperation, maintain good momentum for development and prosperity in the region and cultivate a closer China-ASEAN community with a shared future. Xi made the remarks via video when addressing the opening ceremony of the 17th China-ASEAN Expo and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit held in Nanning, capital of south China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.

山水相連、血脈相親，中國和東盟友好關(guān)系源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng)，是互信、互諒、互利、互助的戰(zhàn)略伙伴。2013年，習(xí)近平主席提出愿同東盟國家共建21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路，攜手共建更為緊密的中國—東盟命運(yùn)共同體。7年來，雙方互聯(lián)互通不斷加速，經(jīng)濟(jì)融合持續(xù)加深，經(jīng)貿(mào)合作日益加快，人文交往更加密切。面對(duì)今年突如其來的新冠肺炎疫情，雙方守望相助，共克時(shí)艱，就分享抗疫經(jīng)驗(yàn)，推進(jìn)抗疫物資供應(yīng)，合作研發(fā)疫苗，共同維護(hù)地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定等達(dá)成諸多重要共識(shí)。本屆中國—東盟博覽會(huì)以“共建‘一帶一路’，共興數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)”為主題，就是要深化中國—東盟數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)合作，推動(dòng)共建“一帶一路”高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，為雙方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展注入新活力。實(shí)踐充分證明，中國—東盟關(guān)系成為亞太區(qū)域合作中最為成功和最具活力的典范，成為推動(dòng)構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體的生動(dòng)例證。

新形勢(shì)下，中方視東盟為周邊外交優(yōu)先方向和高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”重點(diǎn)地區(qū)，支持東盟共同體建設(shè)，支持東盟在東亞合作中的中心地位，支持東盟在構(gòu)建開放包容的地區(qū)架構(gòu)中發(fā)揮更大作用。
Under the new circumstances, China continues to regard ASEAN as a priority in its neighborhood diplomacy and a key region in high-quality Belt and Road cooperation. China supports ASEAN’s community-building, supports ASEAN centrality in East Asian cooperation, and supports ASEAN in playing a bigger role in building an open and inclusive regional architecture.

今年是中國－東盟數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)合作年，中方愿同東盟各國攜手合作，抓住新一輪科技革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)變革機(jī)遇，發(fā)揮互補(bǔ)優(yōu)勢(shì)，聚焦合作共贏，在智慧城市、5G、人工智能、電子商務(wù)、大數(shù)據(jù)、區(qū)塊鏈、遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療等領(lǐng)域打造更多新的合作亮點(diǎn)，加強(qiáng)數(shù)據(jù)安全保護(hù)和政策溝通協(xié)調(diào)，為雙方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展培育更多新動(dòng)能。
This year is designated the China-ASEAN Year of Digital Economy Cooperation. China will work with ASEAN countries to seize the opportunities presented by the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation. We should tap into our complementarity and pursue mutually beneficial cooperation. We could create more highlights of cooperation in such areas as smart city, 5G, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, big data, blockchain and telemedicine, and strengthen the protection of data security and policy communication and coordination, as these efforts will help nurture new drivers for the social and economic development of our two sides.
