　　Upon confirmation of the event, a deposit of RMB should be issued by a blank check before on. . All unsettled balances will be cleared on the day your departure.

　　付款Payment

　　會(huì)議所產(chǎn)生的房費(fèi)由客人自付，會(huì)議場(chǎng)租費(fèi)、餐費(fèi)及其它雜項(xiàng)費(fèi)結(jié)賬由主辦單位統(tǒng)一支付，所有費(fèi)用在會(huì)議結(jié)束當(dāng)天結(jié)清所有費(fèi)用。(所有的費(fèi)用都將以人民幣結(jié)算,其他貨幣將根據(jù)酒店的外幣兌換匯率結(jié)算)。

　　The charges of rooms, and the other charges as meeting rental, meals and other incidental expenses are to be settled by the organizer on the day your departure . Other currencies will be converted into RMB based on published daily exchange rate of payment date.

　　四、入住時(shí)間Check-in time

　　客人的入住時(shí)間為每天的下午2時(shí)。我們將盡量保證所有提前到達(dá)的客人能及時(shí)入住(依據(jù)客房出租情況而定)。對(duì)于提前入住之情形，我們建議您提前一天預(yù)留這些房間。我們將盡量在客人抵達(dá)前準(zhǔn)備好房間。

　　Hotel check in-time is 14:00. Should you prefer an earlier check-in time, we suggest you reserve the rooms a day ahead of the effective arrival.

　　退房時(shí)間Check-out time

　　我們的退房時(shí)間為每天的中午12時(shí)。如果退房時(shí)間在中午12時(shí)以后，店方將加收半天的房費(fèi)。如果退房時(shí)間在下午6時(shí)以后，店方將加收一天的房費(fèi)(如有部分房間需要延遲退房或續(xù)住。請(qǐng)?zhí)崆耙惶熘獣?huì)酒店，店方將依據(jù)房間出租情況靈活處理)。

　　Hotel check out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Should your guests wish to check out after 12:00h noon but not later than 16.00h, a 50% room rate charge is applicable. will be charged before 18:00 . A full night’s rate per room will be charged for room check- out after 18:00. Late check out at no charge can be pre-arranged (subject to availability).

　　提前到達(dá)和推遲離店Early check-in/late check-out

　　此團(tuán)隊(duì)價(jià)格從入住/ 活動(dòng)前一日到約定的退房時(shí)間/ 活動(dòng)后一日內(nèi)有效。提前到達(dá)或推遲離店應(yīng)及時(shí)告知店方，酒店將根據(jù)住房情況相應(yīng)做出安排。

　　Please notify the hotel for any early arrival or extend stay. The Hotel may extend the group rate mentioned above to any member of the group for early arrival or extend stay. Subject to rooms availability.

　　提前離店Early Departure

　　若貴公司在會(huì)議進(jìn)程時(shí)限內(nèi)提前結(jié)束會(huì)議并提前離店，酒店將按原預(yù)訂情況及保證人數(shù)收取費(fèi)用。

　　For any early departure and reducing the guaranteed number of rooms for that particular night, the hotel has the right to charge accordingly for revenue loss.

　　客人登記Register

　　超過(guò)20間房的會(huì)議，酒店將為會(huì)議組織者準(zhǔn)備一張房間安排明細(xì)單，為了讓我們完成這項(xiàng)工作，請(qǐng)?jiān)谌胱∏跋蚓频晏峁┮韵滦畔ⅲ?/span>

　　最后確認(rèn)的餐飲出席人數(shù)應(yīng)在48小時(shí)前通知酒店以便妥善安排用餐。酒店根據(jù)合同所簽人數(shù)在預(yù)計(jì)和保證人數(shù)之間允許10%的差額。未達(dá)到餐飲預(yù)訂總量，將按餐飲預(yù)訂總量收費(fèi)。費(fèi)用將根據(jù)保證人數(shù)收取，若實(shí)際用餐人數(shù)大于保證人數(shù)將按實(shí)際人數(shù)收取。

　　Final confirmation for meal attendance should be informed no later than 48 hours prior to the actual function date. Hotel will allow 10% variance between expected and guaranteed number of meals. Charges will be billed base on the guaranteed number or actual attendance whichever is greater.

　　裝飾Decoration

　　如果貴公司決定自行裝飾會(huì)場(chǎng)，則必須將會(huì)場(chǎng)布局安排、藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)形式、所需裝飾材料等提交酒店，經(jīng)認(rèn)可后方可實(shí)施。酒店保留最終批準(zhǔn)和修改裝飾計(jì)劃的權(quán)力。在裝飾過(guò)程中對(duì)酒店的任何物品有所損壞須按酒店政策給予賠償。

　　Any decoration requests for the meeting room or other hotel facilities, require prior approval from the hotel. Any damage to hotel property will be compensated based on hotel policy.

　　電源插座：Power Socket

　　酒店只提供有限的國(guó)內(nèi)一般標(biāo)準(zhǔn)插座，如個(gè)別電器的插座可能不適用于國(guó)內(nèi)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)插座，請(qǐng)貴公司預(yù)先自行解決。

　　Hotel is responsible providing domestic standard electric power adaptors. Other than that the company is responsible for additional requests of electric power adaptor

　　為避免發(fā)生意外時(shí)，雙方相互推卸責(zé)任或指責(zé)，酒店員工將不為貴公司的電器產(chǎn)品連接電源插座或插入電源插座。

　　Hotel is not responsible for any installation of electric facilities and power connection.

　　如用電過(guò)多，需要外接電源，有關(guān)設(shè)備由貴方負(fù)責(zé)，酒店將按實(shí)際用電收取費(fèi)用。

　　Any using of additional electric facilities requires prior approval from the Hotel and the group will pay for additional electric power charge.

　　五、取消Cancellation Policy

　　客人抵店日期前七天之內(nèi)取消的住房，將收取所簽署合同中保證總房數(shù)房費(fèi)的50%作為損失費(fèi)。當(dāng)天預(yù)計(jì)抵店而取消未入住，將收取第一晚房費(fèi)的100%和合同上簽署的其他房費(fèi)的50%作為損失費(fèi)。如會(huì)議期間實(shí)際用房數(shù)量未達(dá)保證用房數(shù)的，按保證用房數(shù)收取費(fèi)用;若實(shí)際用房數(shù)超過(guò)保證用房數(shù)，則按實(shí)際用房數(shù)收取費(fèi)用?；顒?dòng)前24-72小時(shí)之內(nèi)取消的餐飲安排，將收取所簽署合同中保證總餐飲費(fèi)用50%的損失費(fèi)。24小時(shí)之內(nèi)取消需收取第一天保證餐飲費(fèi)用100%的損失費(fèi)及合同上簽署的后三天(最大化)餐飲費(fèi)用的50%作為損失費(fèi)。

　　Any cancellation occurred within 7days prior to the group arrival, the hotel will collect 50% of the guaranteed contracted rates for the full period of the contract. Any cancellation on the day of arrival, the hotel will collect 100% of the guaranteed contracted rates for the first night and 50% of the guaranteed contracted rates for the following period of the contract. If the entire group fails to reach the number of rooms guaranteed, the hotel will collect the compensation charge base on total number of rooms guaranteed. Any cancellations occurred within 24-72 hours prior to the event is charge at 50% of the guaranteed contract rate base on Food & Beverage arrangement. Any cancellation with 24 hours of the event is charge at 100% of the guaranteed contract rate, the following 3 days (maximum) charge at 50% of the guaranteed contract rate base on Food & Beverage arrangement.

　　六、簽單授權(quán)及帳務(wù)The authority for Signature and Bill

　　1. 簽單Signature

　　會(huì)議主辦方出具有效簽單人授權(quán)書(shū)和簽名式樣交酒店接待方留存。

　　The meeting organizer should provide the authorization and effect sample signature for signing the bill to hotel.

　　2. 總帳單Bill to organizer

　　酒店方會(huì)準(zhǔn)備在會(huì)議期間的所有消費(fèi)明細(xì)賬單，所有經(jīng)過(guò)會(huì)議主辦方簽字認(rèn)可的費(fèi)用將會(huì)進(jìn)入主賬單，請(qǐng)會(huì)議主辦方有效簽字人在會(huì)議結(jié)束離店前在主賬單上簽名認(rèn)可總消費(fèi)的金額數(shù)。

　　The Hotel will provide a detailed master bill for the whole event, which includes all charges occurred which have been approved by the person identified authorized by the meeting effect signature organizer. The master must be confirmed with the effect signature before departure if without prior agreement.

　　3. 個(gè)人賬單Bill to own account

　　對(duì)于自付住房和其它消費(fèi)的客人在入住期間產(chǎn)生的所有費(fèi)用在離店時(shí)將通過(guò)現(xiàn)金或刷卡的方式予以結(jié)清，此類客人入住之前需在前臺(tái)自行支付定金。

　　Deposits for individual charges will be collected upon check-in and all charges will be settled upon check-out.

　　七、損壞Damage

　　不允許在租賃的設(shè)施設(shè)備上使用釘子，膠布等物品，如因此類物品照成的損壞，使用方須賠償物品的全價(jià)格，而不是修復(fù)損壞區(qū)域的費(fèi)用。這是為了在您下次會(huì)議時(shí)，這是為了使我們的設(shè)施設(shè)備在您下次使用時(shí)保持最好的工作狀態(tài)。如有裝飾布展需求請(qǐng)與宴會(huì)經(jīng)理聯(lián)系。

　　Any use of nails, pins, scotch tape or others is not allowed within the rented facilities. Damages occurred to the facilities due to the above or other reasons are to be compensated in full. Compensation is not calculated on repair but on replacement of the damaged item/area. This is ensure that our facilities remain in the best condition for your next meeting with us. For any decoration or display needs you have please contact our Banquet Manager for assistance!

　　八、日期擇定Date

　　為確保酒店為貴方預(yù)留客房和會(huì)議地點(diǎn)，請(qǐng)簽署此份協(xié)議，并于 年 月 日傳真回酒店以示確認(rèn)。否則，所有預(yù)定將自動(dòng)取消。 在此日期前如有其它公司要求同樣的會(huì)議地點(diǎn)，我們將通知貴方并給予48小時(shí)的決定時(shí)間。

　　Currently, your booking is held on a tentative basis and we would appreciate your approval and confirmation by signing and returning a copy of this letter by the date of . Thereafter if no approval is received we will release the whole arrangement.

　　九、合同效力 Contract efficacy

　　此合同一式二份，各執(zhí)其一，并具法律效力。

　　Two copy of this contract have the same legal effect.
