根據(jù)國家和省法律、法規(guī)和有關規(guī)定，買受人和出賣人在平等、自愿、協(xié)商一致的基礎上就買賣商品房達成如下協(xié)議：

第一條 項目建設依據(jù)。

第二十一條 合同附件與本合同具有同等法律效力。本合同及其附件內(nèi)，空格部分填寫的文字與印刷文字具有同等效力。
