Notice

1. This certificate is a legal document to certify the identity of the retirees. Every retiree should have this certificate.

2. Any change in the benefits shall be altered by the issuing authority of the Social Insurance Authority.

3. If the Certificate is lost or damaged this should be reported and re-issue applied for promptly.

4. The certificate is invalid without the steel seal of the issuing Social Insurance Authority.

5. The certificate is printed by Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Gansu Province. Any other units should not print or copy.
