大家下午好！我是xx國(guó)際招投標(biāo)公司廣西分公司的招標(biāo)部經(jīng)理 xxxx。也是本次xxB電廠脫硝及除塵器改造工程招標(biāo)代理任務(wù)的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。

Good afternoon, this is Bu ahysh from China Economic International Tendering Co., Ltd, Guangxi Branch. I am the project leader of the tender agency and responsible for Laibin B Power Plant’s De-Nox and deduster renewal project.

我大概介紹一下本次工作的內(nèi)容和工作進(jìn)展情況：

I will summarize the work contents and progress of this project:

我們這次主要承擔(dān)的招標(biāo)任務(wù)分7個(gè)不同內(nèi)容的項(xiàng)目，具體包括如下內(nèi)容：

The bid mainly includes the following 7 sub-projects with different work contents:

1.1.  Project works  of bid invitation agency service代理招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目

The agency party shall prepare ,  execute and complete the bid invitation service on the following project works (contracts) to achieve in Laibin B Power Plant under delegations of the Client : / 招標(biāo)代理方將依照委托方的要求，準(zhǔn)備并完成來賓B電廠擬實(shí)施的以下項(xiàng)目的招標(biāo)工作：

(1)        ECP contract for construction project of new coal run off pound ; /  沉煤池改建項(xiàng)目工程設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)、施工總承包；

(2)        EPC contract  for U1 & U2 De-NOx improvement projects ; /一、二號(hào)鍋爐脫硝改造項(xiàng)目工程設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)、施工總承包；

(3)        EPC contract  for U1 & U2 de-dusting improvement projects ; /一、二號(hào)鍋爐除塵器改造項(xiàng)目工程設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)、施工總承包；

(4)        EPC contract  for U1 & U2 air pre-heater improvement projects (if needed) ; /一、二號(hào)鍋爐空預(yù)器改造項(xiàng)目工程設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)、施工總承包（如果需要）；

(5)        EPC contract  for U1 & U2 ID fan improvement projects (if needed) ; /一、二號(hào)鍋爐引風(fēng)機(jī)改造項(xiàng)目工程設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)、施工總承包（如果需要）；

(6)        EPC contract  for U1 & U2 ash tansport system improvement projects ; /一、二號(hào)鍋爐輸灰系統(tǒng)改造項(xiàng)目工程設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)、施工總承包

(7)        Project supervision contract  regarding De-Nox and de-dusting improvement projects ; / 一、二號(hào)鍋爐脫硝及除塵器改造工程監(jiān)理

對(duì)于每個(gè)具體的項(xiàng)目我們都要完成以下內(nèi)容的工作：

For each specific sub-project, we shall complete the following tasks:

• 辦理招標(biāo)的備案手續(xù)/ Handle filing formalities of tendering;
• 起草及發(fā)布招標(biāo)公告/ Draft and issue tender announcement; 
• 代擬投標(biāo)邀請(qǐng)書/ Draft Invitation for Bid;
• 編制和發(fā)售資格預(yù)審文件/ Prepare and sell prequalification documents; 
• 協(xié)助招標(biāo)人評(píng)審?fù)稑?biāo)資格預(yù)審文件/ Assist the tenderee to review the tender pre-qualification documents;
• 編制和發(fā)售招標(biāo)文件/ Prepare and sell tender documents； 
• 組織投標(biāo)人踏勘現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、答疑、草擬答疑紀(jì)要/Organize the tenderer to make an on-the-spot survey, answer questions and draft summary for answering questions;
• 協(xié)助招標(biāo)人或受招標(biāo)人委托依法組建評(píng)標(biāo)委員會(huì)/Assist tenderee or authorized by the tenderee to establish bid evaluation committee according to law;
• 協(xié)助招標(biāo)人或受招標(biāo)人委托組織開標(biāo)、評(píng)標(biāo)、定標(biāo)會(huì)/Assist the tenderee or authorized by the tenderee to organize bid opening, bid evaluation and meeting for award of bid;
• 向中標(biāo)人發(fā)出中標(biāo)通知書，向未中標(biāo)的投標(biāo)人發(fā)出中標(biāo)結(jié)果通知書/Issue Letter of Acceptance to bid winner and issue Notice of the Bidding Result to bidders who do not win the bid;
• 編制招標(biāo)成果文件并送有關(guān)部門備案/ Prepare tendering results documents and send to relevant department for file;
• 辦理有關(guān)事項(xiàng)的公示手續(xù); Handle the public procedures for relevant matters;
• 其他事項(xiàng): 參見技術(shù)規(guī)范/other matters: Refers to Technical Specification.

從接受任務(wù)開始我們和貴方代表進(jìn)行了很好的溝通和合作，并按貴方的要求完成每個(gè)階段的工作任務(wù)。

We communicated and cooperated well with your representatives from the beginning and completed work for each phase according to your requirements.

目前工作進(jìn)展?fàn)顩r：

Current work progress:

（1） 脫硝商務(wù)，技術(shù)招標(biāo)文件中英文對(duì)照完整版基本定稿，準(zhǔn)備發(fā)投標(biāo)邀請(qǐng)書給被邀請(qǐng)單位參加投標(biāo)。

(1) The complete Chinese-English version of De-Nox commercial tender and technical tender has been completed and we prepare to issue invitation for bid to the bidders for participating in the bid.

（2） 監(jiān)理的招標(biāo)文件已定稿，現(xiàn)我公司在譯成英文中，定在10月16日發(fā)投標(biāo)邀請(qǐng)函及標(biāo)書給被邀請(qǐng)單位。

(2) The supervision bidding documents has been finalized. Now, we are preparing the English version and intend to issue the invitation for bid and the bidding documents to the invited companies on 16^th October.

（3） 沉煤池改造技術(shù)文件已經(jīng)完成，商務(wù)文件文件正在修改中，預(yù)計(jì)10月16日發(fā)給被邀請(qǐng)單位；

(3) Technical document for transformation of deep coal basin has completed and the commercial document is under amendment and is expected to issue to the invited companies on 16^th October.

EPC contract  for U1 & U2 De-NOx improvement projects ; /一、二號(hào)鍋爐脫硝改造項(xiàng)目工程設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)、施工總承包；

Project supervision contract  regarding De-Nox and de-dusting improvement projects ; / 一、二號(hào)鍋爐脫硝及除塵器改造工程監(jiān)理

預(yù)計(jì)2013年1月完成全部的招標(biāo)代理工作。

The entire tender agency work is expected to be completed in January 2013.
