翻譯中，我們時(shí)常也會(huì)碰到數(shù)詞的翻譯。由于英漢兩種語言在表達(dá)數(shù)字以及倍數(shù)增減方面存在一定的差別，翻譯時(shí)應(yīng)十分小心，稍有不慎，就可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤。因此我們?cè)诜g數(shù)字時(shí)務(wù)必格外謹(jǐn)慎，力爭做到準(zhǔn)確無誤。

　　一、數(shù)詞組成的常用短語

　　這類短語大多是由數(shù)詞和介詞搭配而成，或是數(shù)詞和其他詞類搭配而成，常用來表示不確定的范圍和概念，有時(shí)也可表示事物所處的狀態(tài)或其他情況。例如：

　　by hundreds 數(shù)以百計(jì)

　　by thousands 數(shù)以千計(jì)；大量

　　by(the) millions 數(shù)以百萬計(jì)

　　by halves 不完全
