目前新型冠狀病毒呈全球蔓延之勢，國內(nèi)多地出現(xiàn)境外輸入性病例，疫情防控形勢依然復(fù)雜。3月9日召開的中央應(yīng)對(duì)新冠肺炎疫情工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組會(huì)議指出，為有效防范疫情跨境傳播，要加強(qiáng)國際合作，做好出入境防疫工作。要推動(dòng)關(guān)口前移，加強(qiáng)出入境相關(guān)信息共享，協(xié)調(diào)推動(dòng)對(duì)來華人員在離境國進(jìn)行健康檢測，做好航空器清潔消毒、機(jī)組防護(hù)、健康申報(bào)、體溫檢測、飛行途中防控等，采取分區(qū)分級(jí)分類輸入風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控措施。嚴(yán)格實(shí)施出入境人員口岸衛(wèi)生檢疫和防控工作，在嚴(yán)控疫情輸出的同時(shí)，對(duì)衛(wèi)生檢疫部門判定的確診病例、疑似病例、密切接觸者等入境人員，按規(guī)定落實(shí)檢測、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)、治療、隔離、留觀等措施，并加強(qiáng)人文關(guān)懷。與有關(guān)國家教育部門建立協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制，暫緩或減少留學(xué)人員等雙向流動(dòng)。做好對(duì)我國在境外公民疫情防控的指導(dǎo)幫扶工作。北京等出入境人員較多的口岸，要依法實(shí)施縝密的出入境防疫管理。
