11月29日，我國(guó)申報(bào)的“中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)制茶技藝及其相關(guān)習(xí)俗”在摩洛哥首都拉巴特召開(kāi)的聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織保護(hù)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)政府間委員會(huì)第17屆常會(huì)上通過(guò)評(píng)審，列入聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織人類非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)代表作名錄。

China's traditional tea-making was added on Nov 29 to the intangible cultural heritage list of the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). The item "Traditional tea processing techniques and associated social practices in China" passed the examination at the 17th session of the UNESCO Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage in Rabat, the capital of Morocco.

【知識(shí)點(diǎn)】

中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)制茶技藝及其相關(guān)習(xí)俗是有關(guān)茶園管理、茶葉采摘、茶的手工制作，以及茶的飲用和分享的知識(shí)、技藝和實(shí)踐。自古以來(lái)，中國(guó)人就開(kāi)始種茶、采茶、制茶和飲茶，發(fā)展出綠茶、黃茶、黑茶、白茶、烏龍茶、紅茶六大茶類及花茶等再加工茶，2000多種茶品供人飲用與分享。

傳統(tǒng)制茶技藝主要集中于秦嶺淮河以南、青藏高原以東的江南、江北、西南和華南四大茶區(qū)，相關(guān)習(xí)俗在全國(guó)各地廣泛流布，為多民族所共享。成熟發(fā)達(dá)的傳統(tǒng)制茶技藝及其廣泛深入的社會(huì)實(shí)踐，體現(xiàn)著中華民族的創(chuàng)造力和文化多樣性，傳達(dá)著茶和天下、包容并蓄的理念。

通過(guò)絲綢之路、茶馬古道、萬(wàn)里茶道等，茶穿越歷史、跨越國(guó)界，深受世界各國(guó)人民喜愛(ài)，已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)與世界人民相知相交、中華文明與世界其他文明交流互鑒的重要媒介，成為人類文明共同的財(cái)富。

We should uphold the foundational system for ensuring the guiding role of Marxism in the ideological domain. We will ensure that culture serves the people and serves socialism. We will follow the principle of letting a hundred flowers bloom and a hundred schools of thought contend, and we will encourage creative transformation and innovative development of traditional Chinese culture. Guided by the core socialist values, we will develop advanced socialist culture, promote revolutionary culture, and carry forward fine traditional Chinese culture. In doing so, we will be well-placed to meet people’s ever-growing intellectual and cultural needs, consolidate a common intellectual foundation for the whole Party and all Chinese people to strive in unity, and continuously grow China’s cultural soft power and the appeal of Chinese culture.
