據(jù)國(guó)家航天局消息，11月21日，國(guó)家遙感數(shù)據(jù)與應(yīng)用服務(wù)平臺(tái)發(fā)布暨國(guó)家航天局衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)與應(yīng)用國(guó)際合作中心揭牌儀式在海南?？谂e辦。國(guó)家遙感數(shù)據(jù)與應(yīng)用服務(wù)平臺(tái)正式開通，旨在構(gòu)建國(guó)家級(jí)、綜合性遙感資源共享與應(yīng)用服務(wù)體系，進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)遙感衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)資源共建共用共享，帶動(dòng)我國(guó)遙感綜合應(yīng)用能力邁上新臺(tái)階。

The China National Space Administration (CNSA) on Monday launched a national platform for remote sensing data and application services in Haikou, capital city of the southern island province of Hainan. Also on Monday, the CNSA held an opening ceremony for its international satellite data and application cooperation center in Haikou. China has launched the platform to build a national and comprehensive remote sensing resource sharing and application services system. And the platform will promote the contribution and sharing of resources further.

11月15日9時(shí)38分，我國(guó)在酒泉衛(wèi)星發(fā)射中心使用長(zhǎng)征四號(hào)丙運(yùn)載火箭，成功將遙感三十四號(hào)03星發(fā)射升空，衛(wèi)星順利進(jìn)入預(yù)定軌道，發(fā)射任務(wù)獲得圓滿成功。（圖片來源：新華社）

當(dāng)前，我國(guó)天地一體化的空間基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)取得重大進(jìn)展，構(gòu)建了以衛(wèi)星通信、衛(wèi)星遙感、衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航為主體的天地一體化國(guó)家空間基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施體系。我國(guó)已實(shí)現(xiàn)從地球靜止軌道到低軌衛(wèi)星群、從可見光到紅外、從多光譜到高光譜、從光學(xué)遙感到雷達(dá)遙感的對(duì)地觀測(cè)能力，構(gòu)建了我國(guó)高分辨率對(duì)地觀測(cè)系統(tǒng)骨干網(wǎng)，帶動(dòng)了陸地資源環(huán)境、海洋監(jiān)視監(jiān)測(cè)、天氣和氣候觀測(cè)等一批星座的立項(xiàng)建設(shè)，推動(dòng)構(gòu)建起以衛(wèi)星通信、衛(wèi)星遙感、衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航為主體的天地一體化國(guó)家空間基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施體系。

黨的十八大以來，我國(guó)遙感衛(wèi)星發(fā)展迅速，特別是隨著高分專項(xiàng)的實(shí)施，構(gòu)建起穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的高分衛(wèi)星遙感系統(tǒng)。與此同時(shí)，遙感衛(wèi)星應(yīng)用仍存在效益不高、數(shù)據(jù)共享難、應(yīng)用服務(wù)散等問題。為推動(dòng)我國(guó)遙感數(shù)據(jù)共建共用共享，國(guó)家航天局此次會(huì)同有關(guān)部門，組織國(guó)家航天局對(duì)地觀測(cè)與數(shù)據(jù)中心、中國(guó)資源衛(wèi)星應(yīng)用中心、國(guó)家衛(wèi)星氣象中心等7家共建單位通力合作，聯(lián)合建設(shè)國(guó)家遙感數(shù)據(jù)與應(yīng)用服務(wù)平臺(tái)。該平臺(tái)聚合了高分衛(wèi)星、民用航天科研衛(wèi)星、國(guó)際合作衛(wèi)星、氣象衛(wèi)星、海洋衛(wèi)星等30多顆衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)資源，實(shí)現(xiàn)近10年全國(guó)覆蓋信息產(chǎn)品、萬余項(xiàng)研究成果的動(dòng)態(tài)集成共享。其中，平臺(tái)國(guó)際版具備全球共享服務(wù)能力。
