5月23日，工信部公布數(shù)據(jù)顯示，今年1-4月我國(guó)軟件和信息技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)（下稱“軟件業(yè)”）運(yùn)行態(tài)勢(shì)平穩(wěn)。從總體上看，1-4月我國(guó)軟件業(yè)務(wù)收入27735億元，同比增長(zhǎng)10.8%。

The sector's revenue amounted to 2.77 trillion yuan during the four-month period, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

軟件是新一代信息技術(shù)的靈魂，是數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)，也是多個(gè)重大戰(zhàn)略的支撐。據(jù)工信部統(tǒng)計(jì)，2021年我國(guó)軟件業(yè)務(wù)收入為94994億元，同比增長(zhǎng)17.7%，是7年來(lái)的最高增速。今年1-4月，我國(guó)軟件業(yè)務(wù)收入為27735億元，行業(yè)利潤(rùn)總額為2785億元。分領(lǐng)域來(lái)看，收入增速較快的細(xì)分領(lǐng)域包括工業(yè)軟件產(chǎn)品、云服務(wù)、大數(shù)據(jù)、集成電路設(shè)計(jì)、電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)、工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)、信息安全產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)等。

《“十四五”軟件和信息技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃》提出，“十四五 ”時(shí)期推動(dòng)軟件和信息技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展，需要切實(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式，著力發(fā)掘與中高速增長(zhǎng)相配套的結(jié)構(gòu)性潛能，加快推動(dòng)質(zhì)量變革、效率變革、動(dòng)力變革。《規(guī)劃》預(yù)計(jì)，到2025年規(guī)模以上企業(yè)軟件業(yè)務(wù)收入突破14萬(wàn)億元，年均增長(zhǎng)12%以上，基礎(chǔ)軟件、工業(yè)軟件、嵌入式軟件等產(chǎn)品收入占比明顯提升。
