國務(wù)院日前印發(fā)《氣象高質(zhì)量發(fā)展綱要（2022－2035年）》（以下簡稱《綱要》）?！毒V要》明確，到2035年，氣象關(guān)鍵科技領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)重大突破，氣象監(jiān)測、預(yù)報(bào)和服務(wù)水平全球領(lǐng)先，以智慧氣象為主要特征的氣象現(xiàn)代化基本實(shí)現(xiàn)。

China's State Council has issued a guideline on fostering the high-quality development of meteorology, vowing to achieve meteorological modernization through the use of smart technologies by 2035. Major breakthroughs should be made in key meteorological science and technology fields by 2035, with the meteorological observation, forecasting and services elevated to a world-leading level, according to the guideline.

氣象事業(yè)是科技型、基礎(chǔ)性、先導(dǎo)性社會公益事業(yè)，氣象工作關(guān)系生命安全、生產(chǎn)發(fā)展、生活富裕、生態(tài)良好。

新發(fā)展階段推動氣象事業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展十分重要和緊迫，要按照黨中央、國務(wù)院部署，根據(jù)《氣象高質(zhì)量發(fā)展綱要（2022－2035年）》要求，加快推進(jìn)氣象現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)，完善氣象監(jiān)測設(shè)施裝備體系，增強(qiáng)氣象科技自主創(chuàng)新能力，推進(jìn)氣象信息化，建設(shè)高水平氣象人才隊(duì)伍。要全面提高氣象服務(wù)保障成效，加快筑牢氣象防災(zāi)減災(zāi)第一道防線，大力加強(qiáng)氣象為農(nóng)服務(wù)，更好保障經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行和服務(wù)民生，積極助力生態(tài)文明建設(shè)，全面提高氣象服務(wù)保障的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會效益和生態(tài)效益。當(dāng)前，我國已全面進(jìn)入主汛期，要加強(qiáng)氣象監(jiān)測預(yù)報(bào)預(yù)警和服務(wù)保障，著力做好防汛抗旱和防災(zāi)減災(zāi)氣象工作。

提高降雨、臺風(fēng)、山洪、泥石流等預(yù)警預(yù)報(bào)水平，加大交通疏導(dǎo)力度，抓細(xì)抓實(shí)各項(xiàng)防汛救災(zāi)措施。

Relevant departments should improve the system for early warnings and forecasts of rainfall, typhoons, mountain torrents and mudslides, step up efforts on traffic management, and take detailed and practical flood prevention and disaster relief measures.
