農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部網(wǎng)站的信息顯示，截至6月底，全國已建成高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田面積4339萬畝，占年度任務(wù)量的54.2%，2020年高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)目標(biāo)完成過半。

China completed over half of this year's annual target for high-standard farmland construction in the first six months, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (MARA). By the end of June, the country developed 43.39 million mu (about 2.89 million hectares) of high-standard farmland that is well facilitated, accounting for 54.2 percent of the target for 2020, the MARA said in an online statement.

今年以來，農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部積極指導(dǎo)各地克服新冠肺炎疫情的不利影響，倒排工期、掛圖作戰(zhàn)，統(tǒng)籌做好疫情防控和農(nóng)田建設(shè)工作，取得積極進(jìn)展。在資金保障上，農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部積極商財(cái)政部、國家發(fā)展改革委加快落實(shí)農(nóng)田建設(shè)2020年中央補(bǔ)助資金。目前，中央財(cái)政轉(zhuǎn)移支付和中央預(yù)算內(nèi)投資兩個(gè)渠道已全部下達(dá)2020年農(nóng)田建設(shè)補(bǔ)助資金867億元，比上年增加7.8億元。在激勵(lì)措施上，農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部依據(jù)《高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)評(píng)價(jià)激勵(lì)實(shí)施辦法》，今年第二次對(duì)各省區(qū)市高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)成效情況進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)，對(duì)完成任務(wù)好的省份予以獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，對(duì)完成情況不夠理想的省份進(jìn)行通報(bào)。

【重要指示】

要加強(qiáng)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田、農(nóng)田水利、農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化等現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，提升農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新水平并加快推廣使用，增強(qiáng)糧食生產(chǎn)能力和防災(zāi)減災(zāi)能力。

Efforts will be made to optimize modern rural infrastructures including high-standard farmland and water conservancy and agricultural mechanization projects, raise agricultural technological innovation capability and speed up promotion and application, and enhance the capability of grain production and disaster prevention and mitigation.
