人民至上，就是要“把為民造福作為最重要的政績”。黨員、干部特別是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部要清醒認(rèn)識到，自己手中的權(quán)力、所處的崗位，是黨和人民賦予的，是為黨和人民做事用的，只能用來為民謀利。要求真務(wù)實(shí)、真抓實(shí)干，把老百姓的安危冷暖時(shí)刻放在心上，以造福人民為最大政績，想群眾之所想，急群眾之所急，讓人民生活更加幸福美滿。
