習(xí)式語言如同一股和煦、溫暖又清爽的風(fēng)，在中國大地上撲面而來。讓我們來盤點(diǎn)整理一下，這兩年，習(xí)大大帶火了哪些熱詞。

熱詞1：中國夢

Chinese dream

【習(xí)語】“每個人都有理想和追求，都有自己的夢想。現(xiàn)在，大家都在討論中國夢，我以為，實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興，就是中華民族近代以來最偉大的夢想。”

Everybody has their own ideal, pursuit and dream. Today everybody is talking about the Chinese Dream. I believe the greatest dream of the Chinese nation in modern history is the great renewal of the Chinese nation.

【背景】2012年11月，習(xí)近平在參觀“復(fù)興之路”展覽時，第一次全面闡釋了“中國夢”的概念。

中國夢的目標(biāo)是實(shí)現(xiàn)中華名族的偉大復(fù)興(great renewal of the Chinese nation)。中國夢就是要實(shí)現(xiàn)國家富強(qiáng)(a prosperous and strong country)、民族振興(rejuvenation of the nation)、人民幸福(well-being of the people)。習(xí)近平稱，中國夢歸根到底是人民的夢(the dream of the people)，必須緊緊依靠人民(depending on the people)來實(shí)現(xiàn)，必須不斷為人民造福(instantly bring benefits to the people)。習(xí)近平堅(jiān)信，到中國共產(chǎn)黨成立100年時全面建成小康社會(building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects)的目標(biāo)一定能實(shí)現(xiàn)，到新中國成立100年時建成富強(qiáng)、民主、文明、和諧的社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家(turning China into a modern socialist country that is prosperous, strong, democratic, culturally advanced and harmonious)的目標(biāo)一定能實(shí)現(xiàn)。

熱詞2：“老虎”、“蒼蠅”

Tigers and flies

【習(xí)語】“要堅(jiān)持‘老虎’、‘蒼蠅’一起打，既堅(jiān)決查處領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部違紀(jì)違法案件，又切實(shí)解決發(fā)生在群眾身邊的不正之風(fēng)和腐敗問題。要堅(jiān)持黨紀(jì)國法面前沒有例外，不管涉及到誰，都要一查到底，決不姑息?！?/span>

We must uphold the fighting of tigers and flies at the same time, resolutely investigating law-breaking cases of leading officials and also earnestly resolving the unhealthy tendencies and corruption problems which happen all around people. We should adhere that there are no exceptions in the face of party discipline and state law, with no leniency, no matter who is involved.

【背景】2013年1月22日，習(xí)近平在十八屆中央紀(jì)委二次全會上發(fā)表了重要講話。

十八大以來至今，共有61名副部級(vice-ministerial level)以上官員落馬，顯示了空前的反腐力度，展現(xiàn)了以習(xí)近平為總書記的黨中央的決心(determination)、膽略(courage)和魄力(resolution)。

習(xí)近平稱，反腐戰(zhàn)(battle against graft)中，打蒼蠅和打老虎一樣重要。蒼蠅可說成“flies”或“l(fā)owly people”，老虎可以說成“tiger”，或“top officials”。工作作風(fēng)(work style)上的問題絕對不是小事，如果不堅(jiān)決糾正不良風(fēng)氣(redress unhealthy tendencies)，任其發(fā)展下去(allow them to develop)，就會像一座無形的墻把我們黨和人民群眾隔開(putting up a wall between our party and the people)，我們黨就會失去根基(roots)、失去血脈(lifeblood)、失去力量(strength)。我們要堅(jiān)定決心，有腐必反(fight every corrupt phenomenon)、有貪必肅(punish every corrupt official)，不斷鏟除腐敗現(xiàn)象滋生蔓延的土壤(constantly eradicate the soil which breeds corruption)，以實(shí)際成效取信于民。

Where did the time go?

【習(xí)語】“你知道，承擔(dān)我這樣的工作，基本上沒有自己的時間。今年春節(jié)期間，中國有一首歌，叫《時間都去哪兒了》。對我來說，問題在于我個人的時間都去哪兒了？當(dāng)然是都被工作占去了?！?/span>

You know, I am in such a special position that I hardly have any free time. During this year's Spring Festival, there is a song called "Where Did the Time Go?" in China. For me, where does my personal time go? Of course it all goes to work.

【背景】2014年2月7日，習(xí)近平在索契接受專訪時感嘆。

對于一個有著13億人口的大國而言，深化改革(deepen reform)并非易事。習(xí)近平稱，我國需要采取更大膽的措施和穩(wěn)定的方式(roll out bolder measures in a steady manner)，迎接挑戰(zhàn)(rise to the challenges)，朝著正確方向前進(jìn)(march forward in the right direction)。習(xí)近平曾以十個指頭彈鋼琴(use all the 10 fingers when you play the piano)來形容治國感受。

習(xí)近平善于采用民間流行元素(popular element)，真誠中不乏幽默感(sincere and humorous)，言談中一改領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的神秘形象，坦誠自己的生活是“累并快樂著”(tired but joyful)。2013年接受巴西記者采訪時，他則說自己“偷得浮生半日閑”(snatch a little leisure from a busy life)，只要有時間，就同家人在一起。

【習(xí)語】“這就像穿衣服扣扣子一樣，如果第一粒扣子扣錯了，剩余的扣子都會扣錯。人生的扣子從一開始就要扣好?！?/span>

Living one's life is like buttoning up one's jacket. If the first button is not fastened correctly, the rest will never find their rightful place. The buttons of life should be fastened well from the very beginning.

【背景】2014年5月4日，習(xí)近平在北京大學(xué)和師生交流。

習(xí)近平通過使用“扣子論”(button theory)指出，一個人如果只想積累財(cái)富，那么他就不應(yīng)該成為政府工作人員。習(xí)近平鼓勵青年根據(jù)他們的個性(individuality)、興趣(interests)和價值觀(values)做出正確的人生選擇(make the right choice in life)。他還提醒公務(wù)員(civil servants)，他們的義務(wù)是為人民服務(wù)(serve the people)，而不是利用職務(wù)便利謀取私利(taking advantage of their posts to make money on the sly)。他還稱，貪官(corrupt officials)總有一天會關(guān)進(jìn)牢籠(end up in prison)。

【背景】2014年5月，習(xí)近平在河南考察時第一次提及“新常態(tài)”。

此后，11月9日他在APEC工商領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人峰會上發(fā)表主旨演講，全面闡釋了中國經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)的主要特點(diǎn)，即經(jīng)濟(jì)增速從高速增長(rapid growth)轉(zhuǎn)為中高速增長，經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷優(yōu)化升級(the economic structure is constantly improved and upgraded)，從要素驅(qū)動、投資驅(qū)動轉(zhuǎn)向創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(be driven by innovation instead of input and investment)。習(xí)近平指出，能不能適應(yīng)新常態(tài)，關(guān)鍵在于全面深化改革的力度(the intensity of our endeavor to comprehensively deepen reform)。此后“新常態(tài)”一詞擴(kuò)展到政治、外交等各領(lǐng)域，獲得地方省市的熱烈響應(yīng)，也受到國際媒體的熱捧。

熱詞6：一帶一路

One Belt and One Road

【習(xí)語】“要做好一帶一路總體布局，盡早確定今后幾年的時間表、路線圖?！?/span>

We should prepare timetables and road maps for the coming years for the 'One Belt and One Road' project as soon as possible.

【背景】2013年9月，習(xí)近平在訪問哈薩克斯坦提出構(gòu)建“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”(Silk Road Economic Belt)，同年10月，習(xí)近平在出席亞太經(jīng)濟(jì)合作組織(APEC)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人非正式會議期間，倡議愿和東盟(Association of Southeast Asian Nations)共同建設(shè)“21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路”(the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road)。“一帶一路”的構(gòu)想一經(jīng)提出，便在同年11月份的十八屆三中全會上被寫入《中共中央關(guān)于全面深化改革若干重大問題的決定》，正式成為國家戰(zhàn)略(national strategy)。

Some people call the clear Beijing sky these days the "APEC blue," it is beautiful but temporary and it will be gone soon after the APEC meeting. I hope, and believe, that with persistent efforts, the APEC blue will be here to stay.

【背景】2014年11月，習(xí)近平為出席APEC領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人非正式會議的貴賓舉行歡迎宴會時的講話。

習(xí)近平對霧霾(smog)問題不藏著掖著，在各國政要面前開誠布公，承認(rèn)PM2.5這個不速之客是中國“成長的煩惱”，“整治污染是我們努力的方向，綠水青山(green mountains and clear rivers)亦是實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢(Chinese dream)的重要內(nèi)容”。

一些專家表示，要努力把“APEC藍(lán)”留住，需要地方政府把“臨時減排”變成真的不排，把“臨時抱佛腳”變成自覺轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式(change the development mode)、淘汰落后產(chǎn)能(phase out backward production capacities)。在此過程中,“發(fā)展權(quán)(the right to development)”與“健康權(quán)(the right to health)”始終在博弈。

【習(xí)語】“為了做好這些工作，我們的各級干部也是蠻拼的。當(dāng)然，沒有人民支持，這些工作是難以做好的，我要為我們偉大的人民點(diǎn)贊。”

【背景】2014年12月31日，習(xí)近平在辦公室做2015年新春賀詞時如是說。

【習(xí)語】 “那個時候我年輕想辦好事，差不多一個月大病一場。為什么呢？老熬夜。經(jīng)常是通宵達(dá)旦干。后來最后感覺到不行，這么干也長不了。先把自己的心態(tài)擺順了，內(nèi)在有激情，外在還是要從容不迫。”

I was so eager to do my job well that I often burnt night oil, but also fell ill quite often. I came to realize that even if work piles up, one can only do one piece of work a time, however enthusiastic you may be about the job.

【背景】2015年1月12日，習(xí)近平在人民大會堂主持召開座談會。

【背景】2015年1月20日，習(xí)近平在中央政法工作會議上作出指示。總書記用“刀把子”論要求廣大干部深刻反省，加強(qiáng)黨性修養(yǎng)，弄清政法機(jī)關(guān)要打什么旗、走什么路的重大問題。
